We advise you to consume some natural vitamin C along with the tincture, such as lemon juice or rosehip tea . We also recommend using our horse chestnut tincture and ointment when consuming buckwheat tincture .

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Add 15-30 drops of tincture to a glass of lukewarm water (50 ml) and drink. Repeat the process 2-3 times a day, at least 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.

STORAGE: Close the tincture bottle tightly after each use and store in a cool, dark place, out of reach of children. Proper storage of tinctures will further enhance the shelf life of the beneficial herbal ingredients they contain.
