Ingredients: Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, Capsule shell (plant-based): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule per day.
Amounts per recommended daily dose (1 capsule): Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 100 μg or 4000 IU (International Units) (2000% RI*), Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol). *RI – Reference Intake
Instructions for use: Take one capsule daily with food and a glass of water.
Warning: A food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Due to the high dosage (4000 IU), the product is intended primarily for adults with a diagnosed vitamin D deficiency. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and individuals with kidney problems or elevated blood calcium levels (hypercalcemia) should consult a doctor before use. Store in a cool, dry place (up to 25°C) out of the reach of children.
