INGREDIENTS: glucomannan (konjac mannan) 81%, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), hydroxypropyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Naturally gluten-free. Not produced from wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts. Produced in a GMP facility that also processes products containing the aforementioned allergens.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of the substance in three doses of 1 g each, taken with 1–2 glasses of water before meals as part of an energy-restricted diet.
- Glucomannan for the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels:
The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 4 g (7 capsules) of glucomannan.
