ORGANIC HERBAL TEA HORSEHORSE (EQUISETUM ARVENSE)
Dried and crushed horsetail herb ( Equisetum arvense ) for making tea. Natural, authentic and certified organic herb.
Horsetail can contribute to the remineralization of the body. It can also help maintain hair, nails and skin in optimal condition. It is rich in compounds that can help protect liver cells from harmful substances and, due to its protective effect, helps improve liver function. It can also have a beneficial effect on maintaining the strength, tightness and elasticity of blood vessel walls (summarized by EFSA).
Instructions for use: Pour 2–3 teaspoons of the herb with 250 ml of cold water and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes, then remove the container and cover. After 10–15 minutes, strain the tea. It is recommended to drink up to 3 cups of warm tea daily, which should be freshly prepared each time. You can drink field horsetail tea for a maximum of 2 to 4 weeks in a row. Horsetail can also be used to prepare beneficial compresses and baths .
Storage: Always store tea herbs in a tightly sealed container in a dry, dark place. This will help extend the life of the tea and allow it to maintain its quality for longer.
