Ingredients: Combined herbal distillate (hydrolat): sterile horsetail stems (*Equisetum arvense*), flowering red sand-spurry herb (*Spergularia rubra*), boldo leaves (*Peumus boldus*), lemon balm leaves (*Melissa officinalis*), prickly pear flowers (*Opuntia ficus-indica*), rosemary leaves (*Rosmarinus officinalis*), Bermuda grass rhizomes (*Cynodon dactylon*), and flowering smooth rupturewort herb (*Herniaria glabra*); lemon flavoring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), acidity regulator (citric acid), sweeteners (acesulfame, sucralose).
Recommended daily dose: 30 ml twice daily.
Quantities per recommended daily dose (60 ml): Horsetail (hydrolat) 7 g; Red sand-spurry (hydrolat) 4 g; Boldo (hydrolat) 3 g; Lemon balm (hydrolat) 2 g; Prickly pear (hydrolat) 2 g; Rosemary (hydrolat) 2 g; Bermuda grass (hydrolat) 2 g; Smooth rupturewort (hydrolat) 2 g.
Instructions for use: Take 30 ml, diluted in half a glass of water, at least 15 minutes before a meal, twice daily.
Warning: A food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Special groups: Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children, and individuals with serious heart or kidney conditions (requiring fluid intake restrictions) should consult a doctor before use. Store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C) out of the reach of children. As lemon balm may depress central nervous system activity, concurrent use with other central nervous system depressants may result in an additive effect.
