when you visit the website www.reliveshop.si, which is managed by the company Gemis, d.o.o., PE Relive, Lenartova pot 28, 8250 Brežice. (entry in AJPES) - hereinafter the controller - you entrust us with part of your personal data, which we are obliged to protect.

If you just browse the page, the range of personal data we receive from you is limited to the anonymous identity of your device (computer, phone, etc.) and is recorded with certain cookies.

However, when you decide to fill out a form, application or if you decide to make a purchase in our online store, you also send us your name, surname, e-mail address and sometimes other personal data. More details about all this below.

Your rights regarding the personal data you have provided are set out in the third chapter of the GDPR and include:

• the right to transparency: every time you entrust us with data, we explain precisely and in clear language why we need the data, how we will treat it, etc. In practice, this means that before confirming the sending of your data, you get precise information about what will happen to it;
• the right of access to personal data or insight into the data we have about you, as well as obtaining information about whether we have your personal data. It is your right to know why we have them, what we do with them, whether we have passed them on to anyone, the retention period of your data;
• the right to rectification and the right to be forgotten (deletion): you can request changes or correction of inaccuracies in your personal data that we have; but you can also request the deletion of personal data we have about you;
• the right to restriction of processing. Processing may mean collecting, recording, editing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by means of, disseminating or otherwise making accessible, adapting or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying. Users have the right to limit one or more of the listed actions, and it is not necessary to request the deletion of data;
• the right to data portability: we are obliged to provide you with structured, commonly used and machine-readable form at your request, and you have the right to provide this information to another controller;
• the right to object: users can request that your data not be included in any processing and statistical analysis, which usually does not involve identifiable personal data. Nevertheless, you have the right to object to the use of this data;
• the right to decide on the automated adoption of individual decisions, including the creation of profiles.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT, HOW WE USE IT AND WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Access to the data collected on the website www.reliveshop.si is granted exclusively to the administrator. We do not share, lend or sell any personal data that you have voluntarily entrusted to us electronically or otherwise.

We use them exclusively to communicate with you or to fulfill the reason for which we needed them (regular notification of news, promotions, etc.; processing for prize games and promotions; sending purchased items). We pass the data on to third parties only when this is necessary for the fulfillment of your order (for example, shipping the purchased items).

Unless you specifically give your permission, we may occasionally send you a message about promotions, new products, or changes to our privacy policy.

Attention: when you shop electronically with us, the data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, content of the purchase) is stored in our accounting database. As a business entity, we are obliged to keep documents such as invoices and estimates, so we cannot and must not delete this data.

TO RECEIVE E-NEWS YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH YOUR NAME AND SURNAME (BOTH OPTIONAL) AND EMAIL ADDRESS (MANDATORY).

WHY DO WE NEED THIS DATA?

WE NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS BECAUSE WE CANNOT SEND YOU EMAILS OTHERWISE, IF YOU TRUST US, WE USE YOUR NAME AND SURNAME TO PERSONALIZE YOUR EMAILS BY ADDRESSING YOU BY YOUR NAME.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THIS DATA?

WE KEEP THIS INFORMATION UNTIL YOU UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE E-NEWS (THERE IS AN UNSUBSCRIBE LINK AT THE END OF EACH COPY OF THE E-NEWS). AFTER LOGGING OUT, DATA IS NO LONGER USED, BUT REMAINS IN THE DATABASE.

DO WE SHARE THIS DATA WITH WHOM AND WHO HAS ACCESS TO IT?

WE DO NOT SHARE THE DATA AND WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE WHO IS NOT IN A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MANAGER TO SEE IT.

HOW DO WE PROCESS AND USE THIS DATA?

WE USE THE EMAILOCTOPUS INTEGRATION FORM FOR RECEIVING YOUR INFORMATION AND THE EMAILOCTOPUS.COM APPLICATION FOR SENDING THE E-NEWS, WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED. WE USE THEM TO SEND E-NEWS AND DO NOT PROCESS THEM OTHERWISE. WHEN WE CANNOT DELIVER THE EMAIL TO YOUR ADDRESS (IF YOUR EMAILBOX IS FULL, IF THE EMAILBOX NO LONGER EXISTS, OR IF YOU PROVIDED US WITH THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS), WE WILL DELETE YOU FROM THE DATABASE.

PROFILE 2. DATA FOR ONLINE SHOPPING

What information do you provide to order in our online store?

When making purchases in the online store, we need more of your personal data, namely first name, last name, full postal address, phone number and e-mail address. When paying with PayPal, we don't see your financial data, because you manage everything with PayPal (we only see the email address you use to log in to the PayPal site). Credit card payments are also made through PayPal, which does not pass on your financial data (card number) to us. It just tells us that the payment has been made.

Why do we need this information?

We need all this information to be able to fulfill your wish: the purchase of a specific product. We need your first name, last name, address and phone number for delivery, and your e-mail address for confirmation and information about the transaction and further communication, if necessary.

How long do we keep this data?

We keep this data, as it is data on officially issued invoices that we are obliged to keep.

With whom do we share this data and who has access to it?

We do not share data and do not allow access to anyone who is not in a working or contractual (accounting) relationship with the controller.

Shipping and delivery of the purchased products is carried out for us by our business partner GLS Slovenia - General Logistic Systems, logistične storitve, d.o.o. We obtained their statement that they do not process your data for anything other than the original purpose: to get the package to you.

• Optimus IT d.o.o. (infrastructure provider)

Personal data is stored with all connected sub-processors as long as our website/shop is published and deletion of data can be initiated by the buyer himself via the link 'My data' in the footer of this website, except in the case where the buyer requests deletion of data. Deletion will anonymize all user personal information on the user's orders and replace it with generic text. The anonymized order will remain stored in our system.

In the event that this website ceases to function, all data from sub-processors will be deleted within three months.

How do we process and use this data?

We use the ecommerce system to receive your data. We use the e-racuni.com program for invoicing. We use them exclusively for the purposes of online sales and do not process them in other ways.

The website www.reliveshop.si has a built-in SSL security certificate issued by the organization Let's Encrypt. This certificate encodes messages between the website and users, thus ensuring secure communication on the Internet. You can verify that the certificate is installed yourself. Look at the line with the web address: to the left of the address www.maxximum-shop.si there is a green lock symbol, in some browsers it also says "secure". Additionally, you see that the website address starts with https://. The letter "s" means a secure connection.

Even after you have sent us your data securely online, we treat it with care. Only authorized employees of Gemis d.o.o. have access to them. and only for tasks that are absolutely necessary for their work (issuing invoices, preparing shipments, customer service). The servers on which your personal data is stored are safe and secure.
