Ingredients: Bulking agents (calcium phosphates, cellulose), L-tryptophan, magnesium hydroxide, dry extract of rose root (*Rhodiola rosea*) (3% salidroside), dry extract of ashwagandha root (*Withania somnifera*) (1.5% withanolides), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), riboflavin, and folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule per day.
Amounts per recommended daily dose (1 capsule): L-tryptophan 300 mg, Magnesium 112 mg (30% RI), Rose root extract (*Rhodiola rosea*) (salidroside content) 50 mg (1.5 mg); Ashwagandha extract (withanolide content) 50 mg (0.75 mg), Riboflavin (vit. B2) 1.4 mg (100% RI), Folic acid (vit. B9) 200 μg (100% RI). *RI – Reference Intake. Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast, with a glass of water.
