How to use the product

Apply the magnesium oil to the desired area of the body several times a day or as needed, especially after sports activity or before bedtime.

Application method

Adults: Spray the oil 5 to 20 times onto various parts of the body (thighs, calves, arms, back) and gently massage it into wet or dry skin. One spray contains approximately 10 mg of magnesium ions (Mg2+).

Children: Gently massage a smaller amount (2 to 5 sprays) onto the desired area, e.g., calves or feet. For children, application to areas where the skin is less sensitive is recommended.

Usage recommendation

Sensation on the skin: Mild itching or tingling may occur when first using the product; this is a normal reaction and usually disappears with regular use. If the itching bothers you or your child, the skin can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed with water 15 minutes after application.
