Ingredients: Fish oil (35% EPA, 25% DHA), D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), lemon essential oil. Capsule shell: gelatin, humectant (glycerin), and water.
Recommended daily dose: 1–3 capsules per day.
Amounts per recommended daily dose (1 capsule): fish oil (from wild anchovies, standardized to 35% EPA and 25% DHA): 1298 mg; of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): 454 mg; of which DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): 324 mg; Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol): natural antioxidant to protect the oil from oxidation, 6.7 mg (56% RI); *RI – Reference Intake.
Instructions for use: The general recommended dose is 1 to 3 capsules per day; take the capsule with a glass of water, preferably during dinner.
Allergens: Fish.
Warning: A food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The total daily intake of the combination of EPA and DHA from food supplements must not exceed 5 grams (corresponding to a maximum of 6 capsules of this product). Individuals taking blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or preparing for surgery should consult a doctor before use. Store in a cool, dry place (up to 25°C) out of the reach of children.
